Solo Cantatas and the Coffee Cantata of JS Bach
Award-winning soprano Angela Malek from San Antonio joins Bass Gil Zilkha and Tenor Jos Milton in a performance of 3 solo cantatas of JS Bach, including the Wedding Cantata and Ich habe genug. All join in a performance of Bach's joyous secular Coffee Cantata.
There will be a free lecture on the cantatas of Bach by Margaret Perry of Austin Lyric Opera starting 30 minutes before curtain.
