EN UN SALON DE LA HABANA, An Afternoon of Lyric Songs
Spend a magical afternoon at the breathtaking Salón Sorolla of the Hispanic Society of America! Relive the splendor of the elegant Havana salons of yesteryear, when the sun filtered through baroque stained-glass foyers and fashionable ladies swooned to the romantic lyrics of the most admired Cuban composers of all time: Eduardo Sánchez de Fuentes, Sindo Garay, Ernesto Lecuona, Jorge Anckermann, Eliseo Grenet, Rodrigo Prats, and others.
With an international ensemble of musicians, starring soprano Amaya Arberas, tenor César Delgado, pianist Ileana Cortizo, and cellist and artistic director Ana Ruth Bermúdez. For more info, visit cubanculturalcenter.org
