Jazz-A-F!RE Winter Wonderland
Dear Friends
You, Your Friends & Family are invited to join us the last Sunday of the month, January 25, 2014 for Jazz-A-F!RE at 3-5 pm at Memphis Sounds, downstairs at 22 North Third Street at Econo Lddge Hotel. For the stair-challenged there is a ramp off the parking Garage north entrance on Court Street.
You will experience the finest in straight-ahead jazz music hosted by the Memphis Black Arts Alliance's FireHouse Community Arts Center.
The Jazz-A-F!RE Experience features professional music faculty of the FireHouse Community Arts Academy, including vocalist Naomi Williams Moody, guitarist, Lance Thompson and bass player Kent Suggs, also a member of Prime Cut Band - Audie Smith, piano and Andre' Holman, drums . Amateur and professional jazz musicians and singers are invited to BYOI (Bring Your Own Instrument) and sit in and jam with the musicians during the final hour.
Advance Admission is $10 and $12 at the door.
