Fourth Coast Ensemble: Chantez! Songs of Massenet, Messiaen, and L. Boulanger
Chantez = Sing! Chicago's own vocal chamber quartet, Fourth Coast Ensemble, presents an evening of French art song. The program will feature works for vocal quartet, duos, and solo voice to showcase the variety that can be found within French song. The listener will be delighted by the selected songs - some of which are rarely performed, but are true gems indeed. Join us for this casual evening of French song (translations provided!), followed by a light reception.
