A SWIFT SUMMER EVENING
The Berkshire Bach Society in collaboration with the New Marlborough Cultural Council and the New Marlborough Village Association will present A SWIFT SUMMER EVENING in the New Marlborough Meeting House on Sunday, June 27, at 4 p.m. Berkshire Bach Ensemble members, Patrick Wood and Eiko Tanaka, violins, Lucy Bardo, cello, and the Society's music director, Kenneth Cooper, on harpsichord, will perform music of Bach, Telemann, Handel and Scarlatti. Featured on the program will be the renowned baritone and reader, Benjamin Luxon, narrating selections from Gulliver's Travels to accompany the charming Gulliver Suite by Georg Phillip Telemann.
