Honey Clouds CD Release Party with Foam Castles, Tan Vampires

Formed from the ashes of Portland, Maineâs alt-country favorites Harpswell Sound,Honey Clouds have taken the more loose and noisy elements of that band and combined it with their love of 60s pop, british invasion and 90s indie. The band has found their niche somewhere between the hammock and the grill, the paper on the porch and the slippers in the kitchen. Tonight they celebrate the release of Cover The Forest, their second full-length for peapod recordings. Foam Castles is the recording moniker for Maine pop genius Tyler Jackson and Ritu Moondra. Their third album "Molly's Jungle" will also be released this summer on peapod recordings. The Foam Castles live band experience will feature Brenda drummer DJ Moore and other local indie personalities. Dover, NH based Tan Vampires opens the night with haunting Jeff Buckley-ish vocals and inspired atmospherics.
