River Rats Band
The River Rats are a collaboration between Andy and Maggie Grossi, Dan McHugh and Keith Halley, all friends from the St. Louis area brought together by their love of playing acoustically driven music. Having played together in other local bands, such as Alsop Grossi Halley and Pik'n Lik'n, the River Rats were born of a desire to play more traditional American Music and keep alive the music of their roots. With rich harmonies and driving rhythm, the River Rats play everything from gypsy jazz and country swing to blues and rock'n roll. With each member of the band bringing a unique voice, Andy primarily plays the resonator guitar and mandolin, with Maggie on the fiddle, Dan on the guitar and harps, and Keith bringing up the bass end.
