TownMusic: Onyx Plays Mozart
The dynamic piano trio, Onyx, breathed new life into the complete works for piano trio by Beethoven last season. This season, Cecilia Archuleta, violin, Meg Brennand, cello, and David White, piano, return with a season-long consideration of the complete works for piano trio and quartet by Mozart. The first concert opens with the Trio for Clarinet, Viola and Piano, "Kegelstaat," with Laurel Wells, viola and Kevin Morton, clarinet and the Piano Quartet in G Minor.
