BROTHER'S SHADOW: SJFF 2007 OPENING NIGHT FILM
OPENING NIGHT FILM: CINERAMA: SATURDAY, MARCH 17
BROTHER'S SHADOW
Opening Night Program begins at 7:15 pm
Director: Todd S. Yellin; USA 2006; 89 min, HDCam

After years in exile, ex-con and black sheep of the family Jake Groden (Scott Cohen) returns to his Brooklyn roots in search of redemption. His father (Judd Hirsch) greets Jake with skepticism and disdain, reconnecting with his Jewish faith rather than his prodigal son.

Special Guests: Todd Yellin, director, and actor Scott Judd Hirsch to attend. We regret that Scott Cohen is unable to attend as announced. Postfilm discussion  and AQ&A moderated by Misha Berson, theatre and film critic for the Seattle Times.

**To attend the SJFF 2007 Opening Night Party hosted by Tom Douglas at the Palace Ballroom you must purchase a Festival Pass Plus or separate $50 ticket.
