DOMINGO DEGRAZIA SPANISH GUITAR BAND
On Sunday, March 28th, 2010, the DeGrazia Spanish Guitar band will perform at 3:00p.m. at the Paramount Theatre in Casa Grande. The performances will celebrate the release of the new Spanish Guitar and Violin CD titled, The Bluest Sky. The CD holds 11 songs written and performed by Domingo DeGrazia and Beth Daunis. The event is also a CD release party for the Live at the Paramount CD, recorded at the Paramount Theater in 2008.
IT IS ALSO A GALA FOR THE PARAMOUNT FOUNDATION OF CENTRAL ARIZONA, Charitable non-profit fund raiser for the historic preservation of a by-gone era; THE 80 YEAR ANNIVERSARY CELEBRATION OF THE HISTORIC PARAMOUNT THEATER and A DEDICATION FOR THE PARAMOUNT HALL OF FAME FOR THE PARAMOUNT ALUMNI.
A celebration of its stars all those wonderful people who kept the doors of the Paramount open, sold the tickets, the popcorn, showed you to your seats and ushered you out when you misbehaved ...
The Paramount Foundation is planning a wonderful event to pay tribute to you the folks who made it all happen in the beginning and kept it going so that we may now preserve it for the future generationsÂ. We are fortunate to have this true treasure from the desert, a real gem, not of the mineral quality but of the artistic and humanitarian quality in the Paramount which sheds true light into the hearts, minds, and lives of all our community, past, present, and future.
What better way to do this than with the musical chords and notes that run straight to heaven's door through the wonderful strings of the Spanish guitar of Domingo De Grazia and the violin of Beth Daunis
