Rosi & Brian Amador, Alisa Amador, and Raul Cabrera!
An eclectic triple bill featuring three members of the Amador family and the Boston solo debut of a super-talented Cuban musician! Seasoned Latin roots duo Rosi and Brian Amador, founders of the award-winning band Sol y Canto, share their expressive originals and classics, always translating lyrics and inviting audiences into each song's story. Rosi's crystalline vocals and percussion combine with Brian's lively Spanish guitar, vocals and quirky compositions have brought audiences to their feet for the last 31 years, from Symphony Hall and the Kennedy Center to the California World Music Festival and Singapore Festival of the Arts.

Their daughter, 20 year old singer-songwriter Alisa Amador, who joined her parents on stage from the age of four, has come into her own. She sings mostly in English, accompanying herself on guitar and ukelele, and has been growing a following of late singing originals in a vocal and composition style often compared to Joni Mitchell and Nora Jones. Her voice ranges from powerful to tender and her themes are universal and accessible. Alisa will also join her parents for a few choice Latin classics in hauntingly beautiful 3-part vocal family harmonies! Alisa is currently recording her first EP, due to be released this year.

Making his Boston solo debut, Cuban-born artist Raúl Cabrera Hernández is a singer specializing in vocal instrumentation of various styles including jazz, pop, and Afro-Cuban, to mention a few - and holds the Order of Cuban Culture, the highest distinction awarded to artists by the Cuban Ministry of Culture. With Rolando Aliaga Berrio and Levis, he founded Trio Enserie in the 1990s, sharing stages with Pablo Milanés, Silvio Rodríguez, Compay Segundo, Javier Ruibal, Joaquín Sabina, and others. Currently he lives in Tenerife, Canary Islands, performing with CAMBUYÓN, a large ensemble show with great national and international success, and A Mano Limpia, performing at the International Body Music Festival.

Expect a joint grand finale - it's inevitable!
