Party in Pink Zumbathon
Party in Pink is a global movement dedicated to raising funds for the fight against breast cancer. Through Zumbathon charity events (picture the Zumba class you love with the proceeds* benefiting an awesome cause) hosted by licensed Zumba instructors, we celebrate and honor our friends and family navigating breast cancer, and inspire them to join us in the fight.
We partnered with Susan G. Komen in order to take breast cancer prevention to the next level. Funds donated to Komen from Zumba go toward funding a revolutionary medical research grant that has the potential to save lives globally.*

THE ZUMBA GLOBAL RESEARCH GRANT FOR BREAST CANCER PREVENTION IN PARTNERSHIP WITH SUSAN G. KOMEN
Seeing so many women in our community affected by this disease, we wanted to do more. Two years ago we began funding The Zumba Global Research Grant for Breast Cancer Prevention, managed by Komen, to allow us to not only be involved in breast cancer prevention, the best way to beat this disease, but also be involved in every aspect of the funds raised by our passionate, committed community.
Spearheaded by a team of renowned Komen-funded scientists at leading research institutions and fueled by our Zumba community's continued support, researchers have made strides in finding some answers to the most promising end to breast cancer - prevention.
The grant researches and studies the effects of flaxseed consumption on pre-menopausal women through studies and extensive clinical trials. This is exceptionally promising as flaxseed is an affordable, highly accessible solution to preventing breast cancer worldwide.
There are absolutely NO administration fees from Zumba or Komen.
