On March 18th, as he rode his bicycle home from work, Hector Luna, husband and father of 3, suffered a serious head injury when a piece of debris lodged itself in his front tire throwing him to the ground . Although he was wearing a safety helmet, the amount of trauma to Hector's head was extensive.
