Some information about the trip: SNAG Magazine (Seventh Native American Generation) is a community program based out of the Mission District in San Francisco that has been positively impacting the lives of Urban Native Youth for over 10 years offering free weekly multi-media workshops. This August, SNAG is partnering with Peru-based Saphichay and Mana Maoli in Hawaii to take part in a cultural exchange with Native Hawaiian Youth from Halau Ku Mana Charter School in Oahu. We will share our Indigenous customs, food, and music, and will discuss issues effecting cultural preservation and land rights during the 10 day trip.
Thank you for your continued support in helping us to reach our goal.
