First Saturday Family Concert Series * Family Season Pass
World-renowned artists in music, dance and circus are produced monthly in Santa Cruz, by Tandy Beal & Company. The Family Season Package (our BEST DEAL) includes 4 tickets for EACH show for the full spring series for only $140! All shows run from 11:00am-12:00 noon and are held at the Santa Cruz County Veterans Memorial Building located at 846 Front St. in downtown Santa Cruz, California, every first Saturday from February through May.

February 7th at 11:00am * Linda Tillery and the Cultural Heritage Choir *
The Cultural Heritage Choir is a Grammy © nominated, percussion driven, vocal ensemble. Linda Tillery's vision is to research, record and perform the music of the African diaspora. Ms. Tillery has been both a singer and percussionist for Taj Mahal, Bobby McFerrin, Holly Near, Eric Bibb, and many others. Performing together since 1992, the Cultural Heritage Choir creates dynamic rhythms and sparkling energy on stage. Their vocals are lush and vibrant; their performances are interactive and uplifting.

Keith Terry's Crosspulse educates and entertains with rhythm-based, intercultural music and dance, active participation and engaging humor. Body Music (clapping, snapping, stepping and vocalizing) is music you can see, dance you can hear. Featured on PBS, CBS and NPR.

A new company directed by Micha Scott, former soloist for Garth Fagan (choreographer for Lion King). A high octane dancer herself, Ms. Scott creates work that delivers a fast paced, rhythmic and fun concert.

A World Dance Showcase featuring Corazon en Flor (Ballet Folklorico from Mexico), John and Nancy Lingemann (Tango from Argentina), Corazon de Americas (Folkloric Dance from Bolivia), Luh Anderawati (folk and court dance from Bali, Indonesia), Shakti Bhakti (Odissi dance from Orissa, India).
