Spacious, private live/work loft space inside a residential building. Home to workshops, classes, private parties, and community events. Suite number released to attendees.

First floor, no stairs or steps. All gender/single occupant restroom (no transfer bars).

Seating options include couches, chairs, dining chairs without armrests, mattresses (per-event basis), and cushions on the padded floor mat in the center of the room.

Low-fragrance space. We ask attendees to use unscented products and arrive fragrance-free so that everyone can engage comfortably.

There are two cats in residence; they are in a closed back room during events (usually sleeping). There is a HEPA air purifier in the event space itself to reduce allergens.
