We are a boutique B&B located in Chambersburg, PA. Our beautiful historic mansion, designed by famed architect Frank Furness, sits atop a cliff overlooking the Conococheague Creek. Our inn is the perfect venue for acoustic concerts, conferences, lectures, and performances targeted for a small, intimate audience.

Our property has several settings to choose from to make your event one to remember. The beautiful woodwork in our main hall was originally commissioned to mimic train sleeper cars by the original owner, Moorhead Kennedy, who was President of the Cumberland Valley Railroad. Our outdoor spaces provide a beautiful backdrop, such as our wrap-around porch, our stone patio overlooking the creek, or along the creek next to our wooded nature trail.
