NYCDAT's Chocolate, Cheese and Beer Pairing (July '08)
Mary Izett and Chris Cuzme of the New York City Degustation Advisory Team, NYCDAT, lead through a series of delectable trios featuring Artisan Chocolates by Rhonda Kave of Roni-Sue Chocolates, Artisan Cheeses from Saxelby Cheesemongers, and Craft Beer available at Jimmy's No. 43. Roni-Sue and Saxelby Cheesemongers are both located in the Essex Street Market, located in the Lower East Side (Essex and Delancey).
The New York City Degustation Advisory Team is dedicated to the promotion and appreciation of Craft Beer through creative and delectable food pairing.
