Bastet Dance Fitness

At Bastet we offer quality instruction, backed by science, in a small class environment. Besides many different types of dance and movement classes, students of all ages, levels and backgrounds have opportunities to participate in our twice yearly studio showcases! Bastet is also much more than a dance and fitness studio. We are a body positive, inclusive community who believe there are many positive reasons to dance and workout that dont cater to heteronormative, ableist, patriarchal beauty standards. We joyfully support each other on our journeys towards health, strength, creativity, and empowerment of our whole selves.
