Vertical Art Athletics is your ultimate pole & aerial cross-training resource for
preventing injury and enhancing pole performance. The course series is designed to help you
optimize training and provide tools to empower you as a teacher. Each course in the Vertical Art
Athletics Curriculum is compiled of 2 days (16 hours) of training; ACE approved, CanFitPro
approved, YACEP, and recognized by the Pole Safe Federation. Course work includes functional
pole/aerial anatomy education, biomechanical watch-points, teaching techniques, and practical
training of the pole/aerial cross-training exercises. The Vertical Foundation is the pre-requisite
course that is essential prior to taking any other course in the Vertical Art Athletics Series.
