Knight Foundry, set in the heart of Sutter Creek, California, is America's last water-powered foundry and machine shop. Established in 1873 by Samuel Knight, the Foundry's unique historic equipment and machinery is still in place in its original context, just as during its heyday. Knight Foundry is open to the public on the second Saturday of each month, and hosts Feast at the Foundry, a gala outdoor dinner, in September.
