The entrance to The Ocean Beach Playhouse is at 4944 Newport Ave. between Apogee Piercing-Dr. Jeffe's/The Electric Chair Salon and Ocean Beach Surf & Skate/Ocean Gifts & Shells (directly across the street from Old Townhouse Restaurant). You will see two double glass doors and above them a sign that says, "The Ocean Beach Playhouse." Walk down the hallway to the Frequency Film Festival Box Office.

Watch as many films as you like. Limited quantities available. You must be seventeen years old or older to purchase this pass. The All Access Film Pass can only be used by one person. Photo ID required. The pass does not guarantee a seat. ALL theatre seating will be on a first come, first served basis. No refunds. Expires June 8, 2013.

The Box Office and the theatres hallway entrance from Newport Ave. and theatre doors, close at the films scheduled start time and do not open again until approximately 15 minutes before the next scheduled screening time. Please understand, there is no late seating. For your benefit, please be in your seat five minutes prior to the films scheduled start time. By purchasing a ticket, you understand these rules. If you are locked out, please DO NOT bother any of the businesses around the theatre. They cannot help you. Frequency Film Festival appreciates your cooperation. Thank you.
Advanced tickets are only available online/phone at Brown Paper Tickets. The Box Office does not accept ATM or credit cards. There are ATM's on Newport Ave. If tickets are no longer available online/phone, tickets will always be available at the Box Office, on a first come first serve basis, the day of the screening approximately 15 minutes before the films scheduled start time.
IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Festival Films
All films will be shown in their original language with English subtitles unless otherwise noted. English films will be in English with no subtitles unless otherwise noted.
Most festival films are unrated and some films may be unsuitable for ages sixteen and under. Parental and viewer discretion is advised for all films. By purchasing a ticket online or at the Box Office, you agree to these terms and will not hold Frequency Film Festival and any of its affiliates liable.
Theatre Rules and Guidelines
All attendees must adhere to the following guidelines.
The use of camera's or any recording devices is prohibited during the screening. Please silence all cell phones and electronic devices prior to the introduction to the film. Texting is not allowed during the film.
After each screening, all attendees must leave the venue. Saving seats between screenings is not allowed.
Please remember to take all belongings with you after you leave the theatre. Frequency Film Festival and its affiliates are not liable for lost items.
Frequency Film Festival reserves the right to search the personal belongings of any attendee. By entering the theatre, attendees consent to be photographed/filmed/videoed and grant Frequency Film Festival and their affiliates and organizations the right to use their voice and name in perpetuity for any purpose. Attendees also release the above parties from any and all liability for loss or damage to person or property while they are at or around the theatre.
Babies are not allowed in the hallway or theatre.
Alcohol is not allowed in the hallway or theatre.
The Ocean Beach Playhouse and its hallway entrance are non-smoking. If a patron wishes to smoke, the sidewalk on Newport Ave. is available for smoking tobacco.
No ins and outs. There is no re-entry once you leave the theatre.
Ticket Regulations / All Acess Film Pass / Seating Information
All orders are final. All fees are non-refundable. There are no refunds, transfers, re-sales, exchanges, or substitutions of tickets/All Acess Film Pass. Lost or stolen tickets/All Acess Film Pass will not be replaced. All screenings are subject to change without notice. Tickets are $6.17 in advance and $10.00 at the door and all seating is general admission. All Access Film Pass is $26.87 online/phone and $30.00 at the door and you must be seventeen years or older to purchase it. There are no assigned seats. ALL theatre seating will be on a first come, first served basis.
Ticket/All Acess Film Pass and privileges may be revoked at any time for any reason without liability to Frequency Film Festival. Ticket/All Acess Film Pass releases and holds harmless Frequency Film Festival representatives, sponsors, and participating organizations from any claims resulting in attendance.

All film attendees agree to comply with all stated rules and regulations on website, printed materials, online guides, and signs at The Ocean Beach Playhouse.

Festival attendees voluntarily assume all risks and dangers incidental to festival events, whether occurring prior to, during, or after the event or any other event connected to the festival. Patrons voluntarily agree that Frequency Film Festival and its theatre, affiliates, advertisers, organizations, and volunteers are released from any injuries or claims arising from any festival event.
