Broad Shoulders Animal Rescue was founded in 2008 as a network of foster homes with the goal of rescuing & rehoming companion animals, providing trap-neuter-return for feral cats, and educating people about veganism & animal rights. We are a registered nonprofit in Illinois and are currently working towards federal 501(c)3 tax-exempt status.
