HomeSight is a nonprofit community development corporation founded in 1990. Our mission is to build strong, vibrant communities through homeownership, economic development, and neighborhood revitalization. We create affordable housing opportunities through three programs: homebuyer education and counseling, lending, and real estate development. Our programs serve low- and moderate-income, first-time homebuyers in King, Pierce, and Snohomish Counties, including the cities of Seattle, Tacoma, and Everett.
