History and Hauntings of Bachelors Grove Tour & Ghost Hunt

Join author, historian and paranormal researcher Ursula Bielski and the Chicago Hauntings Team for a four-hour nighttime visit to Bachelors Grove Cemetery! Evening consists of a one-hour haunted history tour of the cemetery followed by a three hour ghost hunt led by the Chicago Hauntings team. Limited to 40 people per night. We will break up into 4 groups for the investigation portion of the evening. Fees go to pay for permits and to support the Magic Lantern History Foundation.

PLEASE NOTE the following:

-This event takes attendees over a broken concrete path through the woods to the cemetery site

-The cemetery and path to the cemetery are NOT accessible. Please wear sturdy shoes and appropriate clothing for the woods. Bring water and bug spray if the weather is warm and damp.

-Please use the restroom before you arrive, as we do not know if a port-a-potty will be available due to COVID-19.

-Please park in the front section of the Rubio Woods Forest Preserve on Midlothian Turnpike. We will meet there and cross the Turnpike together to reach the path which will take us through the woods to the cemetery.

-NO Alcohol allowed. Law enforcement will be present and enforce Forest Preserve District rules.

-We and the FPDCC reserve the right to remove anyone for any reason.
