Les Échos du Pacifique Christmas 2025: Noël Chez Nous

Les Échos du Pacifique sont ravis de présenter leur célébration annuelle de la période de Noël, samedi, le 6 décembre, 2025 à 19:30h à l'église catholique Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes de Coquitlam.
Sous la direction de Marla Mayson, le chur présente une sélection diversifiée de pièces qui,
nous lespérons, vous envelopperont de joie, dexcitation, démerveillement et de paix.
Fidèles à notre tradition et à notre histoire, nous honorons nos racines francophones avec des
uvres en français de France Levasseur-Ouimet, Jeff Smallman et la Bolduc, ainsi que des
pièces merveilleuses des compositeurs britanniques David Willcocks, Peter Warlock et Alan
Bullard. Cette année, nous incluons un bel ensemble de chants traditionnels en espagnol, lun
arrangé par Audrey Snyder, et deux autres par Edward Henderson de Vancouver. Une
charmante pièce du mystérieux Pink Zebra avec son texte édifiant donnera un ton plein despoir
pour notre voyage vers la période des fêtes.
Comme toujours, il y aura une sélection de noëls bien connus en français et en anglais pour
que nous puissions tous les chanter ensemble! Veuillez vous joindre à nous !

Les Échos du Pacifique are delighted to present their annual celebration of the Christmas
season on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 7:30 p.m. at Notre-Dame-de-Lourdes Catholic Church in Coquitlam.
Under the direction of Marla Mayson, the choir presents a diverse selection of pieces
that we hope will surround you with feelings of the joy, excitement, wonder and peace of the
season.
In keeping with our tradition and history, we honour our Francophone roots with works in French
by France Levasseur-Ouimet, Jeff Smallman, and la Bolduc, as well as wonderful pieces by
British composers David Willcocks, Peter Warlock, and Alan Bullard. This year, we include a
lovely set of traditional carols in Spanish, one arranged by Audrey Snyder, and two others by
Vancouvers own Edward Henderson. A charming piece by the mysterious Pink Zebra with its
uplifting text will set a hopeful tone for our journey into the holidays.
As always, there will be a selection of favourite carols in both French and English for us all to
sing together! Please join us!
