The Expert's Mind: George Lakoff
George Lakoff, Goldman Distinguished Professor of Cognitive Science and Linguistics at UC Berkeley, is the world's leading expert on the embodiment of mind, metaphorical thought, and framing in politics. In 2000, Lakoff helped to found the Rockridge Institute, a progressive think tank that seeks to redefine political thought and debate in the U.S. His books include "Metaphors We Live By," "Philosophy in the Flesh," and "Don't Think of an Elephant!"
