Old City Comedy is proud to present, nationally touring stand-up comic Matt Mitchell for one night only at Patrick Sullivan's.
Matt Mitchell Bio:
Matt got his start as the "Casio Kid" on the nationally syndicated Rick and Bubba radio show. After his hit reality tv show, "THE FATCHELOR" rocked the airwaves of the Turner South channel he put his radio career on hold and moved to Hollywood.
Matt spent two years as an on-air correspondant on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and more recently has been touring performing stand-up to crowds all over the country. He is fresh off a stint in Myrtle Beach at The Comedy Cabana and will be heading directly from his show in Knoxville to perform at The Dallas Theatre in Dallas, Texas. Featuring for the evening will be Comedian Katie Hughes. Katie splits time between Orlando, Florida and Asheville, North Carolina.
Katie Hughes is a perfectly fun blend of smart and silly, making her both a comic's comic and an audience favorite. Katie's wild imagination, clever writing and energetic irreverence make her a force to be reckoned with on stage. Katie has been featured on Rooftop Comedy and was a favorite at Laugh Your Asheville Off Comedy Festival. She has shared the stage with Lynne Koplitz, Tom Rhodes, Ty Barnett, Kevin Meaney, and Gallagher, to name a few.

Opening the evening will be local favorite Grady Ray! Grady hails from Newport in infamous Cocke County Tennessee where he is a full time Police Officer. Grady has been a finalist in the Sideplitters Stand-Up Comedy Contest and is a comedian on the rise!
Hosting the event will be house MC and Old City Comedy founder Matt Ward, aka Super Cat Matt. Matt was recently featured on comedian Doug Stanhope's newest CD "Live from Across The Street". Matt produced the sell out show in Wilmington, North Carolina shortly before moving to Knoxville. In addition to his show producing credits Matt has performed comedy in 7 states and has opened for the bands Fly Leaf and Chevelle performing comedy for nearly 5,000 people.
