Slinky Floorwork with Zaftigg Von BonBon
Slinky Floorwork
This class brings it down on the floor and invites you to release your inner serpent! This class teaches you slow floorwork with an emphasis on isolations, extensions and increasing flexibility. We'll also work on captivating your audience (on stage or at home) with eye contact as you roll, twist and slide on the floor. Even though the moves may be slower, you will definitely break a sweat and learn a few new tricks. Dress in clothes you can move in. Leg warmers are recommended. If you have concerns about your knees, knee pads are advised.
