BeMoved Project's 'Spring Awakening' Yoga and Movement Retreat!
We have crafted a very special 'Spring Awakening' yoga and movement retreat for you, with a difference:
- Practice energising yoga to wake yourself up after Winter hibernation
- Re-connect again to your own body through body/mind/awareness movement workshops
- Play and have fun in partner movement workshops and practices like partner yoga, acro-yoga and contact dance improvisation
- Re-set and re-balance the nervous system with a yoga nidra (yogic sleep) class
- Meditate and amplify your energy during beautiful silent nature walks
- Express what's in your soul through chanting and drumming
- Enjoy a 5 Rhythms ecstatic dance journey to enliven every part of you!
- Listen and be listened to openly and without judgement in daily sharing circles - give your heart voice!
- Shake it all out during a dance meditation session and invite new energy in!
- Savour delicious, nurturing, healthy home-cooked food all weekend long.
The BeMoved Project has been created to offer you unique experiences through yoga, movement and dance - guiding you to find your own place where magic happens, where transformation is possible, where you can really LET GO and BE in the moment, where you can relax and reconnect with yourself away from the stresses of daily life and where you can meet and share with like-minded souls building a beautiful community.

A selection of accommodation is available from triples, and twin rooms (standard accom.) to singles and single ensuites (extra supplement applies).......
Travel to the retreat centre is easy! Arrive at Edinburgh airport on Friday 24th April and take our minibus leaving at 3pm which will bring you safely to Lendrick Lodge within an hour and a half of scenic driving! We also arrange for a minibus to take you back to Edinburgh airport on the Sunday at 2pm. A small extra fee applies for this shuttle transfer. Regular flights leave the UK and Europe for Edinburgh at relatively small cost - check out our website for more travel information www.bemovedproject.com.
