Wool Infinity Scarfs Using Tubular Knitting
Just in time for those deep-winter months, join artist Debra Rapoport for an afternoon, hands-on workshop in creating your own infinity scarf from wool and silk fibers. Utilizing a tubular knitting technique, students will gain inspiration from the works on view in the exhibition New Territories: Laboratories for Design, Craft and Art in Latin America. Learning from these examples of the mixing of traditional craft techniques with forward-thinking design, each participant will create their own piece of forward-thinking fashion.
