La Charanga Cubana
Led by Edgar Hernandez, La Charanga Cubana plays energetic, danceable charanga. Charanga blends percussion, keyboard, violin, vocals and more to create an intrinsic Cuban jazz-pop sound. Hernandez has played and recorded with many prominent Cuban musicians including Pio Leiva of the Buena Vista Social Club as well as Celia Cruz, Willy Chirino, and Albita Rodriguez.
