Learn from MacArthur Award winning Farmer Cheryl Rogowski about growing tasty vegetables in a tunnel during the winter. Join us in tasting the difference between summer and winter greens. After a tunnel tour we will sit down to a Tunnel based lunch menu prepared by Chef Heather.
