Little Blue Moon Theatre presents The Barbie Diaries (puppetry with toys for adults)
Bridget Jones watch out. The world's favorite fashion doll has something to say. Barbie has adapted her diaries to the puppet stage and cast her friends to play the roles. From her 2004 breakup with Ken (she read about it in the Wall Street Journal) to her stint in rehab in a Salvation Army recycling bin, to buying the Barbie Dream House (at the peak of the realestate boom and with a "stated income" loan) you will follow the trials and triumphs of our plastic heroine and learn that she has more going on in her little blond head than you ever expected. Warning: show contains doll nudity and mature themes!
