Backstage Pass Silent Auction
Please be sure to attend our Silent Auction and Dance Saturday February 27, 2010 at the Sons Of Italy Hall, 19 Prentiss Rd, Arlington, MA. Tickets are $25 each if purchased before February 12, 2010 and $35 after. Doors open for silent auction preview at 5:30 and silent auction begins promptly at 6:00 PM. Refreshments will be served with a cash bar. Entertainment will be provided with DJ Randy Barth and the 2010 cast of ACT's production of Seussical.
How it works
Bid sheets are placed next to every item on the tables. Fill in the required info on the bid sheets to qualify as a bidder. The names of the successful bidders will be announced at the end of the night. These persons are asked to return to the Silent Auction area to pay for and pick up their items. Any successful bidder who fails to do so will forfeit any claim to that item, and that item will go to the next qualified bidder.
