Serious Palate Wine Tasting Class: Australia
Australia is more than big-label Shiraz, and in the third of our "Southern Hemisphere" series we'll cool off with some of the hottest wine regions and wines that will have you wondering where you've been all this time! Victoria, South & Western Australia are worth exploring in Australia World Class Wonders from Down Under!
The Serious Palate is for the wine lover who wants to delve into wine's sense of placelocation matters and we'll discover why. Space is limited; reservations are required. Serious Palate Tasting Classes are $35.00 per person and include professional-level instruction, tasting of 6 wines, light accompanying snacks and a takeaway note sheet. We will not be reviewing wine & tasting basics each week as we do in the Curious Palate Series.
