The Joy of Cheese d.b.a Six Pack Presents Classic English Cheeses and Beers to match
The February theme for The Joy of Cheese is It's Better With the Brits, and in our first of three tastings thi month (the others are February 9th and 16th in Manhattan), we will focus on cornerstone cheeses of the English tradition including the very best cheddars in the world, hand crafted editions of Stilton, Lancashire, (maybe) Stinking Bishop, and Leicester. Martin Johnson will present the cheese; Ray Deter, a passionate fan of the English brewing tradition, will present seven beers chosen to match these wondrous creations. Tickets are $20, easily one of the best bargains in New York City.
