Serious Palate Wine Tasting Class: New Zealand
Well, we may as well stay south of the equator and sip our way around the North and South Islands of New Zealand. As an aside, did you know that alcohol consumption after 6:30 p.m. was forbidden until about 40 years ago in New Zealand? Join us for New Zealand: Contemporary Winemaking & Old World Styles.
The Serious Palate is for the wine lover who wants to delve into wine's sense of placelocation matters and we'll discover why. Space is limited; reservations are required. Serious Palate Tasting Classes are $35.00 per person and include professional-level instruction, tasting of 6 wines, light accompanying snacks and a takeaway note sheet. We will not be reviewing wine & tasting basics each week as we do in the Curious Palate Series.
