Equine CoreData
*Early Bird Discount - Save $300 when you register by March 20th!*
Learn about equine anatomy from the inside out!
CoreData begins with an introduction to anatomical terminology, and is appropriate for all ages and levels of education.
Starting with a scale model of the horse skeleton, each participant will use modeling clay to shape the muscles of the horse, starting from the deepest muscles and building outward to the surface muscles. By the end of the workshop, you will have built over 80% of the muscles in the horse's body, and will have a three-dimensional understanding of the muscles and form of the horse.
The workshop does not meet on Saturday- please use this day off to relax, explore Colorado, or visit one of our local stables!
The workshop presenter will be Jon Zahourek, creator of the Anatomy in Clay Learning System, and founder of the nonprofit Anatomy in Clay Centers.
Jon will be assisted by Debranne Pattillo.
Equinology Continuing Education Credits are available for this workshop.
*** Cancellation Policy:
