Imagine Food Invites you to our very special Modernist Holiday Dinners on December 18 and 19th.
Come celebrate the holidays with us in our unique dining space by participating in some fantastic food and engaging conversation with loved ones and perfect strangers. Whether it's a gift to yourself, your partner or, a surprise for your parents, this could make a great gift to anyone you are close with. As always it will be an immersive, unforgettable evening Seattle, so join us at the table for love and laughs at the heart of the season.
Imagine the best turkey and cranberry sauce you will ever have, Baked Ham cooked for 3 days to fudgy perfection with Taki's Pineapple Quince, Brown Butter Mashed Potatoes that are ethereal, and their own dish (perhaps some truffles just to gild the lilly ). It will be a tasting of 12 courses that embodies the best of what a holiday feast can and should be. We'll use the familiar to communicate the complete experience of how modern cooking, art, design and innovation reshape the boundaries for the way we perceive food.
