Ophelia Thinks Harder
Written by Joan Betts and W. Shakespeare, this is a riotous retelling of the Bard's most famous work. Ophelia is reborn as a modern freethinking woman. Hamlet, Gertrude, Rosencrantz, Guildenstern, and Joan of Arc all make appearance. This production is directed by Toni Smith-Wilson and features: Rosa Fernandez, Jennifer Gembka, Kelly Beuth, Kate Olena, Brittany Kucala, and Caroline Parzy-Sanders.
Ophelia Thinks Harder will be produced at ART in Box at 16 Linwood Avenue. The show runs Thursdays - Saturdays, December 4 - 20, 2014. Showtimes will be 8 pm. Tickets are $15 and are available at the door and at varlets.org
