The Joy of Cheese Presents Deep Blues and Wines to Match
Please join us Tuesday January 26 at 7:30 at the Clerkenwell, 49 Clinton St., as The Joy of Cheese completes its bluesy January with a tasting of great blues, the best eight we can find, and superb wines and beers to match. Expect extraordinary gorgonzolas, exquisite roquefort, and several other amazingly dense and complex blue veined cheese. I'll discuss the production of each cheese as well as it's manifold flavor components. The wines and beers recommended by Clerkenwell owner Stefan Ching and myself. The event should run for about 75 minutes. Tickets are $25 and you pay for your drinks separately.
