5 course beer dinner with the folks from He'Brew and Oskar Blues Breweries. Two of our favorites!! M&T chefs will be creating dishes to pair specicfically with each beer.

salad of mushrooms, frisee, house made bacon and goat cheese and pickled mustard seed vinaigrette :

crispy riverview farms pork belly "sweet & sour" cabbage, sultanas :

kamado grilled hanger steak with vanilla bourbon demi and root vegetable hash
