Sixpoint Brewery and American Flatbread Brooklyn Youth Sports Club Benefit Beer Dinner
Please join us on Tuesday, November 18, 2014 from 7pm - 9pm when Tribeca's American Flatbread and Brooklyn's Sixpoint Brewery celebrate a special craft beer and seasonal flatbread dinner to benefit the Brooklyn Youth Sports Club.
The dinner will hosted by members of the Sixpoint family and will include generous servings of Crisp Pilz, Righteous Ale, Global Warmer and Resin IIPA that will be perfectly matched with American Flatbread's sublime fare, including a special flatbread made just for the occassion.
Following are the pairings:
- Crisp Pilz with Medicine Wheel (marinara/ mozzarella/ grana)
-Righteous Ale with Grilled Chicken and Smoked Bacon (reading raclette (vt)/ fresh mozzarella/ red onion/ grana/ afb mustard/ dill pickles/ romaine)
-Global Warmer Imperial Red Ale with a special Sixpoint Inspired Flatbread created by Chef Dawson
-Resin IIPA with Fall Vegan (sweet potato and coconut milk puree/ wilted spinach/ caramelized onions/ cranberry coulis/ spiced pecans)
Tickets can be purchased for $50.00 through www.brownpapertickets.com (link to follow) and we expect the limited number of tickets to sell out.
To enable and support inner-city Brooklyn youth to accomplish their goal of college enrollment. To use basketball as the vehicle to engage student-athletes to achieve academic excellence. To instill values of perseverance, self esteem, integrity, and hard work and empower student-athletes to be leaders on and off the court.
