Vinyasa Yoga with SALIM ROLLINS at Destiny Arts Center's MOVE-A-THON
Vinyasa Yoga combines deep breathwork with dynamic movement in a steady flow of postures aimed at opening the body and calming the mind. Class will be structured to accommodate beginner and experienced practitioners.
As a certified Yoga and Martial Arts Instructor, Salim seeks to bring a holistic health ideology to his work with youth. In 2009, Salim moved back to California and is excited to bring his skills and passions to his current position as the Outreach Programs Director at Destiny Arts Center.
This class is part of Destiny Arts Center MOVE-A-THON a day of back to back classes, freestyle dance party and lots of fun ways to get your move on!
