The Joy of Cheese Presents New Blues and Belgian Beers
What's new? The Joy of Cheese returns to Stella on January 19, with a survey of the very best new blue cheeses and Belgian beers to match. There are new blues in every nook and cranny of the cheese making world, and we'll taste the some of the best as well as some non blues for balance. Figure on Rogue River Blue from the U.S. Harbourne Blue from England as well as some new Spanish, French and maybe even a Belgian blue. The event runs from 7:30-9 and costs $40.
