Dark Lord Vertical Dinner
That's right. A complete vertical (2004-2014) of Three Floyd's Dark Lord. I've been putting this together for a while and we're going to have a heck of a time. Not only that, but we're also going to serve the 2013 Barrel Aged Variants: Bourbon Barrel Aged Vanilla Bean, Port Barrel Aged, Bourbon Barrel Aged with Guajillo Chiles and Moscatel Barrel Aged. Oh, and Baller Stout as well as Murda'd Out Stout. Even a bottle of Fantabulous Resplendence (their 10th Anniversary Ale).
Each guest will receive a 2 oz pour of each beer and the whole line up will be paired with an amazing 5 course meal, partially prepared by our guest chefs for the evening: Mike Arquines and Phil Esteban of Cork and Craft. While the menu is still being finalized, I can assure you that the food will not disappoint. Oh and did I mention we'll have cigars at the end of the evening? Not a bad way to spend a Monday night...welcome to Beer Week!
