We will have the answers to these questions and many more! Please join us as we listen to Doug and Amy Foster talk to us about the basics of How to Live a Gluten-Free Lifestyle.

Doug and Amy Foster are gluten-free entrepreneurs who take two very different approaches to living gluten-free. Doug is a "meat-and-potatoes" kind of man who likes his gluten-free pizza, breaded chicken, pastas and beer. Amy's takes a more holistic approach to eating and her diet highlights green smoothies, beans, rice and other healthy foods while eating gluten-free.

Doug is co-founder of Aurochs Brewing Company, Pittsburgh's first naturally gluten-free craft brewery. Amy, a 5th generation family farmer, opened Naturally Soergel's, a gluten-free/allergen-free food store in Wexford almost 7 years ago. They are both very passionate about the industry and love to share their knowledge with others.
