Join The Flatiron Room's Tommy Tardie as he walks you through 6 of his current favorites. You'll learn about the effects of wood in maturation, the distillation process, the malting of barley and all about "peat".

You'll taste the following:

-Kavalan 'Concertmaster' Port Cask -Tullibardine 228, Burgundy Finish
-Pine Barrens Single Malt -Blackadder 13yr Royal Brackla Raw Cask
-Laphroaig Triple Wood -Ardbeg 'Supernova' 2014
