Cuddle Sanctuary: Holiday Comfort, Healing and Relaxation
Holidays can be intense. Cuddle Sanctuary is the place to be to unwind, take time for yourself and feel good. Like a holiday spa experience for your spirit - join us!

Snacks provided; all genders and orientations welcome.

I'm Jean Franzblau, facilitator of Cuddle Sanctuary, where people come to unwind in a welcoming environment so they can give and receive cuddling and feel connected to themselves and each other.

At Cuddle Sanctuary you may experience an increased sense of well-being and belonging, a boost in compassion and playfulness, a decrease blood pressure and maybe even a better night's sleep. You are guaranteed to have a fantastic Saturday night - individuals, groups and couples all welcome.

Cuddle Sanctuary provides a rare monthly opportunity to meet new friends, connect with partners and pals in a soulful new way and be part of a warm, safe and huggable tribe.

"This was my first time. Thank you to everyone for the amazing energy and the welcome feeling. It was truly a wonderful evening with wonderful people. I can't wait for the next one and to hopefully see all you beautiful people again very soon. Still smiling and feeling full of love. Thank you!!"

"Still feeling so good from last night, such wonderful people and amazing energy! I feel so lucky to have found you all!"

"Lovely experience!"

"I really enjoy the way Jean facilitated this eventshe was warm, and very clear about the guidelines which I think helped to create a safe space."

"Blissed out!"

The Cuddle Sanctuary workshop is a guided experience that includes a welcome circle, easy relaxation activities, communication exercises and a description of cuddle etiquette. The event culminates in a voluntary "cuddle lab." Touch is always consensual and never a requirement to participate.

In Los Angeles, people may spend weeks of their time and countless dollars on dates and socializing hoping to have the lucky chance at the end of the night to touch. The Cuddle Sanctuary is a short cut straight to the joy and relaxation of consensual snuggling for just $35.

As a bonus, group members can continue their experience after the night is through by becoming part of the Cuddle Sanctuary Tribe on our Facebook page and qualify for Frequent Cuddler specials.

I am also offering a no risk 100% money back guarantee if you are not completely satisfied with your experience at Cuddle Sanctuary. Just email me at Jean@JeanFranzblau.com and ask for it.

ABOUT YOUR CUDDLE FACILITATOR: For years, I kept Googling "cuddle" and "Los Angeles" hoping to find a cuddle event. For so long, I found nothing and was bummed. Now, I consider cuddling an important part of my emotional and physical health. I notice that when I get the cuddling I need, I feel really happy and playful. I'm so honored to finally be able to host my own events. Welcome to Cuddle Sanctuary!

ABOUT GENDER BALANCE: There's often concern expressed at cuddle events - what if there's too many guys? Many cuddle facilitators deal with this concern by doing what's called "gender balancing." Gender balancing means making sure there's an equal number of female bodied and male bodied people.

I don't gender balance. What I do instead is create a safe place where all genders can step away from who the culture says you're allowed to or supposed to touch and step back into being like little kids. Kids with less rules and less baggage. Kids who can follow their curiosity and follow their needs and learn by doing and experiencing rather than applying the rigid rules of the grown ups.

This means that there may be more male bodied people who are signed up. I encourage you - if this feels uncertain or uncomfortable for you - to take a breath and consider joining me in this bold experiment. I've designed exercises to help us all feel safe and comfortable. Remember that there's no required touch, you can always change your mind and of course leave the event if you want to. And there's a money back guarantee if you're not happy with your experience.

So I say, gender balance, shmender balance - let's cuddle!
